"Silver Bean far exceeded our expectations catering for our
wedding at the Palais Theatre in Franklin. From the very beginning Ken and Gina were warm and professional and strove to accommodate our vision for the wedding. Their careful preparation meant that on the night everything went off without a hitch. Our wedding had 85 guests with a mix of dietary requirements, and the range of dishes ensured everyone was more than satisfied. We lost count at the number of times our friends and family raved about the food. It was absolutely sensational. They showcased the local produce of the Huon Valley across a variety of dishes including delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes and a “Cuban style” whole pig smoked in a La Caja China Box. We also asked Silver Bean to provide a grazing table following the ceremony and a dessert table, both of which were exceptional.
The beautiful “Silver Bean” caravan was also a showstopper and really added style to our wedding. It has two beer taps, which we made full use of: thanks to Silver Bean knowing the local craft brewers we had a few kegs rolling all night. We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Silver Bean for any future event."
